Café Sevilla

19年振りに行われた夏長崎からコンサートを観に行った翌日に、これまた19年振りに訪問。予約して行ったので待つことなくすんなり入れた。季節限定の涼峯と五三焼きのセットを注文。カステラの美味しさは勿論変わらず、珈琲がとても美味しかった。雰囲気も店員さんの応対も言う事なしでゆっくり出来た。その後は1階の店舗でお土産にカステラと茂木びわゼリーを購入して日付指定で送ってもらった。次また長崎に来た時も必ず寄りたい。

English notation is also below!! 食べるの大好きです！ loves to eat! 長崎に来たなら、やっぱりカステラを！ 1店舗目！ 松翁軒の喫茶スペース「喫茶セビィリヤ」 店内の雰囲気が、レトロでハイカラ。良い。 こだわりのカステラを単品か、組み合わせかで楽しむスタイル。 今回は、「季節のハーモニーセット」を注文。 「五三焼」と「翠殊」の組み合わせ。 五三焼は、圧倒的な濃厚さで良いものをいただいている感が強い。 翠殊は、抹茶の香りとほどよい苦味のバランスが素晴らしい。 濃厚な五三焼と翠殊の組み合わせは良かった。 お店毎の特徴があって、食べ比べが楽しい。 ご馳走様でした！ If you come to Nagasaki, you have to try the castella! This time, I ordered the "Seasonal Harmony Set". A combination of "Gosan-yaki" and "Sui-shu". The Gosan-yaki is overwhelmingly rich and you really feel like you're eating something good. Sui-shu has a great balance of the matcha aroma and moderate bitterness. The combination of the rich Gosan-yaki and Sui-shu was good. Each shop has its own characteristics, so it's fun to compare the tastes. Gochisōsamadeshita!!

カステラは松翁軒がいちばん。上品な雰囲気の喫茶でゆっくり味わうのがオススメ。素晴らしい雰囲気にくつろぎながら、暑い日にはミルクセーキもぜひ。 スケッチしてもらいたいな、いつか。

初めて行きました。 五三焼きを落ち着いた雰囲気で、五三焼きに合うコーヒーと一緒に食べることが出来ました。 抹茶との組み合わせは期間限定のようでした。 抹茶が濃厚でとても美味しかったです。 1階で購入して帰ることも出来ます。 時折修学旅行生等と被ると入れないことがあるようで、予約していった方がいいようです。
